    Mine are currently knackered lol. I’ve been on my feet all day on a construction site and spent three hours driving, it really doesn’t do these splints any favours. I’ll give these stretches a try, cheers!

    I've been getting neck pains more and more recently. I bought one of those temper pedic pillows with the neck groove and that hasn't been effective at all. I do these neck stretches (even the ones) from you old video but anytime i sit at a desk now its only a matter of time before the pain comes back. It's noticeable now. Before stuff like this would go away and i wouldn't even be aware of it in my day to day. I might just opt for the standing desk method then sit when i get tired. Thanks for the stretches Dr. Joe.

    Hi im 4 month op . I can't get my quad to wake up. I have built up muscle above my knee. Its solid but my doc said theres still some that hasnt built up. I do the exercises you did on the video, usually 3 times a day. My leg just doesnt want to move much without my quad working . I walk with my walker but driving is going to be a problem unless i use both feet. Any suggestions how to wake up my quad. Have also used tens unit also .

      Unfortunately, I don't know that answer since I can't evaluate you. Everyone is different. If there is any way you can see a physical therapist in person, they should be able to help you figure out a specific program for you and help answer your questions.

      If your doctor has cleared you to use one, they can be helpful in reducing pain and improving circulation, making it more tolerable to do the stretches and exercises that will help.
